To everyone&#8217;s surprise, Eto&#8217;o is talking about an African-style final between Morocco and his country Cameroon. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The president of the Cameroon Football Federation, Samuel Eto\u2019o, has set the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afro-impact.com\/en\/qatar-2022-cameroon-to-play-two-friendly-matches-in-november-against-jamaica-and-panama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Indomitable Lions the goal of reaching the 2022 a World Cup final. Appointed ambassador of the competition, the former FC Barcelona star also gave his predictions on the chances of the African teams. According to Samuel Eto&#8217;o, the 2022 World Cup promises to be historic for the continent.<\/a><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an interview with the organisers, the president of Fecafoot &#8220;sees the five African teams qualifying in the group phase, with Cameroon, Morocco and Senegal finishing at the top of their respective groups (Ghana and Tunisia 2nd, editor&#8217;s note)&#8221;.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eto-o-voit-le-cameroun-remporter-le-trophee\"><strong>Eto&#8217;o sees Cameroon winning the trophy<\/strong><\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to anticipating a rich World Cup for the black continent, the Cameroonian legend then anticipated a run to the final for Cameroon and Morocco.
