Quail egg is one of the best and healthier egg. Thanks to its numerous nutritional virtues, it reveals itself to be a real remedy against respiratory diseases such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, cough or sinusitis. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Laid by a small migratory bird of the subfamily Perdicinae, the quail egg shell is beige-red with black or brown flecks and weighs about 20 grams. But its many virtues does not depends on its small weight . It is five times smaller than chicken eggs but it is considered to be animal product rich in protein, vitamin, mineral and enzyme.<\/p>\n

It is seven times richer in iron, so a medicine for those with anemic problems. Thanks to its high level of vitamin B2, quail eggs help protect the nervous system, repair and tissue growth. It should also be noted that quail egg contains no cholesterol but a higher rate of amino-acids than any other eggs.<\/p>\n
