To gradually solve the problem of unemployment in Benin. This is the ambition of President Patrice Talon’s Government 2, which has made social issues an important pillar of its five-year term from 2021-2026. Indeed, 1000 young Beninese aged between 18 and 30 years will soon be recruited in the textile units of the industrial zone of Glo-Djigb\u00e9 (GDIZ). The official launching of the process of this first recruitment took place yesterday, Wednesday, January 12, at the city hall of Abomey-Calavi.<\/p>\n\n

Thus this first wave of recruitment is carried out by three general managers: Laurent Gangb\u00e8s, General Manager of the Investment and Export Promotion Agency (APIEx), L\u00e9tondji Beheton, General Manager of the Investment and Industry Promotion Company (SIPI Benin SA) and Urbain Am\u00e8gb\u00e9dji, Director General of the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment (Anpe) in the presence of Angelo Ahouandjinou, mayor of the town of Abomey-Calavi, Indian partners and especially thousands of young people who came to learn about the recruitment process, under the supervision of Modeste K\u00e9r\u00e9kou, Minister of Employment, Small and Medium Enterprises.<\/p>\n\n

Moreover, the pre-selection criteria are very simple according to the General Director of Anpe Urbain Am\u00e8gb\u00e9dji: to have the secondary level or to know how to read and write French.
