Indeed,<strong> <\/strong>The aim is to extract the 750 tonnes of diesel oil carried on the tanker, a high-risk operation, as the slightest leak could result in an oil spill.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tunisian Navy Captain Mazeri Letayef, who heads a crisis unit set up after the accident, said the ship is currently inspecting the sunken tanker with a view to proposing a technical solution for pumping.
