Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n
Manage and direction of all technical services functions associated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications.<\/p>\n\n
Develop and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the IT department; Plan and manage support of new technologies including banking software, IT equipment,<\/p>\n\n
Plan and manage support of new technologies including banking software, IT equipment, and infrastructure, network performance, and reliability;<\/p>\n\n
Implement the Artificial Intelligence \/ Machine Learning strategy of the company;<\/p>\n\n
Provide project management services for all ICT projects handled by the company;<\/p>\n\n
Qualifications and Requirements:<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 University degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related field;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Must have significant experience in managing MIS\/ IT component of a bank or a microfinance operation in a regulated setting;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Must have knowledge of intermediate accounting and basic statistics;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Minimum of 2 years working experience;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Experience in software installation an advantage;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Good team-worker with good communication skills and can interact with all levels of the organization;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n
