Maintain close collaboration with technical teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including project resources, timelines and budgets. Undertake various coordination actions (planning and risk management), as well as administrative tasks (updating the documentation associated with the project and processing financial requests). Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to achieve results on time. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator will primarily ensure that all projects are completed on time, on budget and meet high quality standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Activities<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analyze project needs and requirements, Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, Divide projects into achievable actions and set deadlines, Act as a liaison with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, Assign tasks to internal teams and help manage schedules, Ensure that client needs are met as projects evolve, Assist in the preparation of budgets, Analyze risks and opportunities, Monitor the progress of projects and manage any problems, Serve as a point of contact with all project stakeholders and inform them in real time, Work to remove barriers and implement tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and reports related to project activities, Ensure compliance with requirements and perform tests, Develop the Terms of Reference (TOR) for certain activities, Coordinate the implementation of activities in the field, Carry out any other task falling within the scope of his skills that his superiors may entrust to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required profile for job ad: Project Coordinator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u><\/u>Knowledge and experience:<strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have acquired at least five (05) years of experience in a similar position Have a good knowledge of project management methodology, planning tools Have knowledge of resource management (budgets, time, people, etc.) Have a mastery of risk management and team management techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u><\/u>Type of training :<strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accessible with a minimum Bac+5 diploma ideally from a renowned University or a prestigious High Scool Possibly additional training in planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u><\/u>Qualities and Abilities:<strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High sense of rigor and responsibility Capacity for analysis and synthesis Anticipation, Organization, Respect of deadlines Sense of priorities and initiative Reactive, available, autonomous Leadership Ability to convince Strength of proposal Innovative, creative , rigorous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u><\/u>Technical and relational know-how:<strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Very good oral and written expression<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interpersonal skills, great professional curiosity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ability to undertake and adapt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willingness to travel for an extended period outside the country<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mastery of office tools: knowledge of the main software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Nb<\/u><\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Candidates with a degree from ENSEA, the UFR of Mathematics and Computer Science (MIAGE), the UFR of Economics and Management Sciences, and the INP HB are strongly recommended. The practice of English would be a real asset.
