Have a degree of BAC + 4 \/ 5, in Commerce and Sales, Marketing Management, Finance Accounting from a major school (INP-HB or other major school of reference);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a significant experience of 08 years in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a good knowledge of commercial law, accounting and billing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be able to manage demanding customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have knowledge of the surveyor field or be inspired by it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Know how to handle numbers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be able to manage sales people with their sensitivities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be able to work in a team or alone<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have good interpersonal and managerial skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be creative and have a sense of analysis, open-mindedness and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be discreet, methodical, organized and dynamic<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a good physical appearance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
