Decline the topographical strategy of the firm’s projects with the help of the General Management, emphasizing the quality of the rendering and the delivery times;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have a diploma level BAC + 5 in Civil Engineering option Surveyor Topographer \/ Engineer in Geodesy, from a major school (INP-HB or other major school of reference);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justify a significant experience of 08 years in a position of Technical Director within a large group or multinational<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mastering measurement tools, topographic devices;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a good practice of CAD \/ DAO software (Autocad, ARGIS, covadis\u2026);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a perfect command of database management, ARCGIS, QGCI software, digital field entry tools (Tablets) and satellite image analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a very good knowledge of the administrative and legal environment of topographic studies (land; real estate, condominium law;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mastery of digitization and digitization techniques, computer graphics;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have a good knowledge of the construction sector and related activities and know how to handle numbers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be able to work in a team;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have good interpersonal skills and managerial skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Be creative and have a sense of analysis, open-mindedness and negotiation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
