    Declared dead on Tiktok, the actress Halima Gadji breaks her silence and firmly denies her death and condemns this fake news.

    Halima Gadji is a talented Senegalese actress who came to the attention of moviegoers for her role as Marème in the series “Maîtresse d’un homme marié”.

    On 3 April, a video that went viral on the social network Tiktok announced the death of the actress.

    “Following her depression, Mareme Dial lost her life. May she rest in peace,” posted the TikTok account Samy_dia.

    As a reminder, the actress had confessed to having suffered a severe depression with suicidal tendencies in 2022.

    While fans of the actress were distressed and did not know where to turn, this account continued to spread the rumor by posting a tens or so videos. He even went too far by posting a video of the so-called funeral of the actress.

    The information quickly went viral and was relayed on other networks. Given the turn taken by this fake news, Halima Gadji broke the silence and firmly denied the news of her death. In addition, she revealed that this “nastiness” has caused damage in her family. The actress also complained of being constantly mocked since she publicly revealed she was suffering from depression.

    “I am alive and saddened by this news that led an aunt in hospital. She had a fit. Many of my followers are freaking out. The person is having fun saying I died after my breakdown. I’m really tired of all this nastiness towards me since I talked about mental illness. People in bad faith make fun of me and even kill me. I don’t know what pleasure they get out of it., she published on April 4.

    Relieved, her subscribers strongly condemn the author of this false information. They are organizing to massively denounce this TikTok account that does not spread this kind of rumors for the first time and make it disappear. They also advised her to file a complaint against this malicious person so that they can answer for their actions before the judicial authorities.
