The 77. 416 candidates who took the written tests for the June 2022 Baccalaureate in Benin have now decided their fate. The management of the Office of the Baccalaureate (DOB) deliberated this evening the results of the examination throughout the country. Nationally, the success rate was 59%. This is down from last year’s rate of 64.42%.

According to the statistics communicated by the Director of the Baccalaureate Office, it is the Atlantic department that comes first with 65.65%. And the G1 series has a peak success rate of 93.25%. While waiting for the announcement of these results in the different composition centres, candidates can consult their results on the e-resultat.bj platform.

It should be noted that the schedule of activities in the deliberation process is as follows

Saturday 16 July 2022: COMPOSITION OF OPTIONAL TESTS (E.F.S; DESIGN; MUSIC AND NATIONAL LANGUAGES)

Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 July 2022: PHYSICAL AND SPORTS TESTS

Lundi 18 juillet 2022 : REPLACEMENT SESSION AT THE SINGLE NATIONAL CENTRE OF CEG STE RITA IN COTONOU
The list of successful candidates can be consulted in various correction-deliberation centres, at the Baccalaureate Office and at Ceg Ste Rita from Tuesday 12 July 2022.

Wednesday 20 July 2022: SECOND DELIBERATION

    Friday 22 July: ORAL TESTS
Saturday 23 July 2022: THIRD DELIBERATION

Monday 25 to Tuesday 26 July: DISTRIBUTION OF NOTES TO EACH DELIBERATION CENTRE

Moreover, it should be noted that there is a regression rate of 6.68% compared to the number of candidates last year when 82,958 candidates sat for the exam. According to the director of the baccalaureate office, Professor Alphonse da Silva, this can be explained by the high success rate recorded last year for this diploma which gives access to universities in Benin.
