    Announcement for the recruitment of an Operations Manager : Royal Ark

    In order to develop the activities of this company, we are recruiting an Operations Manager.
    The operational duties are to ensure the growth and smooth and dynamic operation of the company.


    The Operations Manager is responsible for training business area staff, building relationships with donors and money transfer licensees. In this position, the Operations Manager is responsible for finding strategic locations for the establishment of branches to meet the company’s goals.
    The Operations Manager must represent the company with the Central Bank of Guinea, tax authorities, utilities, courts, money transfer companies and banks.


    The Operations Manager must recruit sub-agents and ensure that their cooperation is beneficial and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Royal Ark business.


    The Operations Manager must be a central element and must be able to maintain good professional conduct over himself, staff, branches, sub-agents and those doing business with Royal Ark. The candidate must have a command of the English language.
