Dou Ninsemon Chris Daniel aka Dada died suddenly by electrocution during the shooting of Serge Beynaud’s music video. Five days after this tragedy, Dada’s sister sent out an SOS to the entire Ivorian community, especially to Emma Lohoues
Since Dada’s tragic and sudden death, no member of his family has spoken out until now. In a short video, a lady claiming to be the elder sister of the deceased set herself up as a spokesperson for the family. According to her, the family remained silent because they hoped that the deceased would be given a proper funeral. Thus, it was disillusionment that prompted her to break the silence and speak out publicly. The lady seemed to imply that Serge Beynaud had shirked his responsibilities by abandoning the remains of the deceased dancer.
“I am the elder sister of Doun Ninsemon Chris Daniel aka Dada, the deceased dancer… They left Dada’s body in our hand. They say they don’t know Dada. We recognize him, he is our child, he is our blood. We can’t disown him today or tomorrow. If we didn’t speak out, it’s because we thought our little brother would be bury with dignity , but the way things are going, we should speak out.
“, she said with a tearful voice.
Finally, Dada’s older sister called for help. She addressed her heartfelt cry to the Ivorian community in general and to Emma Lohoues in particular. Then she called on certain personalities, including Emma Lohoues, who apparently visited the grieving family.
“That’s why I’m sending out an SOS. I appeal to all of Côte d’Ivoire so that people can help us bury our little brother with dignity. I beg you. We should do Dada’s funeral.
Mama Emma Lohoues, thank you for your visit but I’m sure you will not stop there.»
Her initiative was not to the taste of many Internet users who see it more as a begging ploy and an unwholesome desire to make the buzz.
