Eudoxie Yao recently claimed to have massaged the staff of American singer Chris Brown. Following the controversy, the President and Executive Producer of the Kora All Music Awards, Ernest Coovi Adjovi, gave his version of the facts.
Eudoxie Yao had stated in numerous media appearances that she was asked to massage Chris Brown in presence of Rihanna. But the last time she did so on the radio show C’RADIOACTIF, the reactions of Internet users were not to the liking of the influencer. The majority of her followers and other Facebook users questioned the veracity of her remarks. She felt compelled to publish retro photos from that time. Unfortunately, this did not give the expected results.
Ernest Coovi Adjovi came to the defense of the “go bobaraba”. In a video posted on the Kora Awards Facebook page, he mentioned the case of Eudoxie Yao.
“I followed on social networks a controversy that arose from the fact that an Ivorian influencer reportedly declared that she had provided massage treatment to the entourage, not to say the staff of the American artist Chris Brown and that on this occasion, she had the chance to meet Rihanna who is an American star who no longer needs to be introduced. I want to take advantage of this news to say that in 2012, I had Chris Brown come to Côte d’Ivoire for the KORA edition, […] this artist to whom I paid a fee of 1 million dollars, which was about 500 million CFA francs, and his agent at the time, whose name is Bu Thiam and who is Akon’s younger brother, and I had them stay at the Hotel Ivoire. So, as far as this influencer’s comments are concerned, everything is connected. It’s true. They stayed at the Hotel Ivoire. They both came to Côte d’Ivoire. And it’s quite normal when you invite celebrities of the level of Rihanna and Cris Brown that you give them wellness care providers. […] We have pretended to be the Grammys of the African continent and as such, you will understand that these artists were able to solicit the services of this influencer and as luck would have it, these services were paid for by Mr. Bu Thiam who is Akon’s brother.

He took the opportunity to inform that the KORA, an award ceremony for the best African and diaspora artists, will soon be back.
Eudoxie Yao, relieved, posted the video on her Facebook page with the following caption:
“When GOD himself defends you, this is what happens. 🙏👏 thank you Mr Ernest Adjovi 🙏❤️♥️”.
On the case ( I was called for the massage of the American artist Chris Brown)”
She also added in the comments section that the truth always ends up triumphing.
