    Maureen Ayité warns Morijah

The French-Beninese designer Maureen Ayité warns the gospel singer Morijah. The latter and her artistic staff allegedly shot a video clip in the villa of Maureen without her consent.

Morijah is the new gem of ivorian gospel music. She is on a roll these last days. She has just released her first album “Premier Amour” and already a gray cloud is looming on the horizon. In fact, according to the explanations given by Maureen Ayité, Morijah rented the “villa Nanahome Mykonos ” belonging to her for a normal stay. However, she and her staff filmed a video clip there without prior notice to the owner. The electrical equipment of the villa was damaged because of the projectors and cables that were plugged in all night.

Contacted by phone, the manager of the singer was reportedly discourteous. Refusing to cooperate, he is said to have rebuffed Maureen Ayité. Outraged, she expressed her displeasure on TikTok and in Facebook stories.

“Really, this is beyond me. Christians, you know, Christians. The behavior of a Christian should be exemplary but they really do not show any example. J’ai pas envie de me fâcher. Fix it ! […]

“I rented it, I do what I want”, they told me. (It’s bad when you don’t master the law).

People usually tell me: “No, don’t react. See? Beyoncé does not respond even when she is attacked.” But these behaviors you have, can you do the same with Beyoncé or others? Because frankly, it’s a bit of a stretch. Yesterday I was so mad I even cut all my nails. I was so shocked, actually, by the whole thing. And when this morning I call the girl and I was told on the phone: “Get as angry as you want. Get as angry as you want. It can’t go anywhere.” I was overwhelmed. That’s when I said okay, I’m going to do a little TikTok to set them straight before I call my lawyer.”

Maureen Ayité to Morijah : “Tuesday April 11. Final deadline.”

Maureen Ayité clearly wrote that she was giving the singer, Morijah, a 3-day deadline to settle the matter.

As a reminder, Maureen Ayité is not at her first public conflict. The case against Diane Ngako ended in a lawsuit that the “queen of Nanawax” won last March.

Internet users have different opinions on the subject. Some feel that she is overdoing it and that it would have been better to settle the dispute in private. For others, Morijah should hurry to settle the matter privately before it gets out of hand. Because according to them, nobody confronts Maureen and comes out unscathed.
“It’s better to have problems with the Italian Mafia than to have problems with the lady.”

Maureen Ayité, founder of Nanawax shared this comment in a Facebook story and laughed about it.

For the time being, neither Morijah nor her team have said anything about this matter.
