Description of the job
Under the direct supervision of the General Management, your main tasks will include:
Regular and weekly reporting of all activity to his/her hierarchy;
Develop specifications and prepare procedures for intervention on the sites;
Ensure the supervision of all sites, from design to execution of the budget and financial results;
Follow and execute the technical obligations of the company while ensuring the proper execution of the various services within the agreed contractual deadlines; and the quality of the work
Supervision and daily follow-up of the execution works by ensuring the good continuity;
Manage the teams of subcontractors
Exchange with the main suppliers and validate the technical adequacy of their products in relation to the objectives and specifications;
Establish and share a weekly activity report;
Always ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the work;
Proposing service improvements based on customer feedback;
Preparation of tender documents.
Elaboration of quotations and price studies (dry disbursements, logistics, etc…)
Supervision of the elaboration of studies and 2D and 3D plans
Provide technical support to the purchasing department
Requirements of the position
Be of good character and honest;
Hardworking;
Be a good manager and know how to federate to achieve the objectives;
Be able to work under pressure and in a demanding environment;
Have a sense of discretion;
Have good writing skills and good oral expression;
Be very courteous and listen to customers;
Have a good command of the software AUTOCAD; ROBOT. REVIT ; EXCELL. etc… ;
Have a sense of achievement of objectives
Be autonomous and have a sense of responsibility;
Have experience in building and public works;
Have good technical skills (RDM, VRD, Reinforced Concrete,
Have already held a position of responsibility;
Know how to manage several sites in an operational way;
Must have a good knowledge of the regulatory framework of the real estate and civil engineering sector.
Holder of a BAC+2 in Building/Public Works with 5/6 years experience or
BAC+4/5 in Building and Public Works with 2/3 years of experience in such a position.
