HBS is recruiting for a large surveyor and construction company located in Bassam 02 TECHNICAL DIRECTORS
Under the hierarchical authority of the Managing Director, the following missions will be entrusted to you:
Coordinating and managing all the technical activities of the company;
Decline the topographical strategy of the firm’s projects with the help of the General Management, emphasizing the quality of the rendering and the delivery times;
Supervise, support and supervise topographic teams;
Plan, study and control works, sites;
Distribute the workload, set the objectives of the teams of surveyor and topographer technicians;
Develop the activity dashboard;
Define the Methodology;
Pilot, coordinate and monitor the realization of calculation or modeling studies on the basis of support such as ground surveys, satellite images;
Coordinate the planning of data and construction sites;
Manage and monitor topographic sites during the various phases from surveys to delivery;
Ensure the topographical conformity of the works carried out;
Monitor and evaluate the various activities
Supervise the processing of building, road and subdivision surveys
Make the land expertise
Assist in updating plans based on observations and directives given
Perform precision surveying.
Manage verticality control and bathymetry missions
Supervise and ensure interior design surveys
The desired profile:
Have a diploma level BAC + 5 in Civil Engineering option Surveyor Topographer / Engineer in Geodesy, from a major school (INP-HB or other major school of reference);
Desired expat application
Justify a significant experience of 08 years in a position of Technical Director within a large group or multinational
Mastering measurement tools, topographic devices;
Have a good practice of CAD / DAO software (Autocad, ARGIS, covadis…);
Have a perfect command of database management, ARCGIS, QGCI software, digital field entry tools (Tablets) and satellite image analysis
Have a very good knowledge of the administrative and legal environment of topographic studies (land; real estate, condominium law;
Mastery of digitization and digitization techniques, computer graphics;
Have a good knowledge of the construction sector and related activities and know how to handle numbers
Be able to work in a team;
Have good interpersonal skills and managerial skills
Be creative and have a sense of analysis, open-mindedness and negotiation
Be discreet, methodical, organized and dynamic
Have a good physical presentation
Be a good communicator (English desirable) and a diplomat;
Be organized and know how to prioritize tasks;
