Position offered: Sales Coordinator
Attached to the Manager, the M/F Commercial Coordinator will contribute to customer satisfaction by coordinating daily commercial activity with the various services involved in the commercial chain.
Your tasks:
Supervise the sales team
Management and analysis of all performance indicators of the Sales Force
Manage the team’s daily activity (visit planning, prospecting, call lists, management of incoming calls, etc.)
Manage the team’s key indicators on a daily basis
Negotiate business deals
Satisfaction rate, number of calls, call durations, quality of service, processing times, number and status of tickets, type of incidents/requests.
Required profile for job ad: Sales Coordinator M/F
Higher education (Bac+3 / Bac+5), significant commercial experience, ideally acquired in the field of real estate,
Commercial and relational sense, analysis and synthesis skills,
Autonomy, versatility, team spirit, organization, rigor and dynamism,
Fluency in French and good level of English,
Good knowledge of computer tools, in particular Excel; mastery of CRM and ERP.
Report key indicators to your manager and analyze them
Deploy the commercial news (products, services, special operations) of the team to drive sales and set ambitious goals
Report malfunctions and alerts to your manager and participate in the improvement of processes and procedures for business teams
Responsible for applicable rules and procedures
Coach/develop the skills of salespeople and participate in team training.
