Description of the job
Ensure a competitive intelligence, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company;
Identify potential customers using dedicated files, directories and professional networks;
Prospecting and winning new customers (hunting) through field visits and / or remote;
Participate in the definition of the commercial action plan (CAP), objectives, means (multi-channel prospecting, field visits, documentation and commercial monitoring);
Adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by the prospects;
Negotiate with customers on prices, deadlines and quantities;
Develop commercial proposals and financing solutions
Ensure the follow-up of the customers to develop their loyalty by visits on the ground and/or at distance;
Answer their requests, write the commercial offer, negotiate its terms;
To make sign the purchase orders (closing) and the sales contracts;
Ensure that contractual clauses are respected and that customers are satisfied;
Ensure a commercial watch (products, trends, competition);
Analyze the competitive market, exploit commercial statistics;
Carry out regular reporting of its activity, including monitoring indicators and statistics on customers,
Job requirements
Have 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience;
3 years of higher education or more (business school diploma, diploma in communication and marketing.);
Ability to maintain confidentiality of certain information;
Mastery of the pack office;
Strong negotiation skills;
Relational skills, listening skills and availability;
Be organized and have a sense of priorities;
Ability to manage and develop a client portfolio.
