Job description
Activities
Under the supervision of the General Manager of the firm, you will be in charge of:
The drafting of attractive and differentiating job descriptions in accordance with the firm’s values and distribution on our recruitment media;
Identification of profiles on job boards, social networks and our application management tool;
The development of a Sourcing plan, the verification of the content of the offers and their distribution on the various Jobboards;
Qualification of applications: pre-selection, making appointments, conducting individual telephone and physical interviews;
Participation in the management of HR projects such as the detection of new communication channels, proposal of innovative sourcing methods, animation of social networks, etc. ;
Regular reporting of activity,

Have you received a 4/5 Bac+ training in Human Resources, with a first professional experience in Recruitment?
