Baruck Communication is recruiting an Executive Assistant.
Duties :
Effectively manage the General Manager’s schedule, optimize his or her activity, relieve him or her of tedious administrative tasks, receive mail, answer and filter telephone calls.
Organize and coordinate internal and external information, sometimes confidential, related to the operation of the structure.
Assists one or more managers and is from time to time required to handle specific, one-time events.
Pre-requisites:
Bac + 3 in Management Assistant.
03 years of confirmed experience.
Perfect command of office automation tools
Good elocution and writing skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner.
Conditions
On-site position
Remuneration according to profile and experience.
3 month internship followed by a fixed term contract that can lead to a permanent contract
