Managing Director Holding International proposes to its customers an integrated service offer for their daily management, but also for the accompaniment of the performance, the management of projects, the control of the change, in Côte d’Ivoire as in the international and mainly in Africa.

As part of the deployment of these activities in Côte d’Ivoire and internationally, Managing Director Holding International (MD Holding) is recruiting: One (01) Sales Manager.
Main activities:
The Sales Manager will have as main tasks:
Ensure the implementation of the commercial marketing and communication policy of the company
Define and carry out commercial action plans in the direction of the customers;
Increase the company’s turnover;
Prospect for new customers;
Maintain and develop relationships with customers and prospects;
Maintain and develop relationships with customers and prospects; Develop loyalty of existing customers;
Represent the company at technical, relational and commercial meetings (sponsorship, trade shows, exhibitions…) outside the company;
Contribute to the improvement of the quality of our services;
Coordinate the activity with other departments;
Negotiate new projects and resolve any complaints;
Propose adequate solutions to customers and collect commercial information;
Ensure the commercial and competitive intelligence by being attentive to the market evolution, the offers of the competition in order to adapt the strategy permanently
Develop and ensure the implementation of the company’s commercial policy
Develop and propose the company’s commercial policy to the General Management;
Analyze and evaluate the market;
Determine the strategic orientations, the objectives to be reached and the means to be implemented;
To lead, coordinate and control, with his collaborators, the design and implementation activities necessary for the development of goods or services offered by the company on the market;
Ensure the commercial and competitive watch by being attentive to the evolutions of the market, the offers of the competition in order to adapt the strategy permanently;
Leading and animating work meetings of his department;
Achieve and increase sales;
Prospecting for new customers (individuals or companies)
Profile required:
You have at least a BAC+3/5 in commercial management, Marketing, Management or equivalent; you have at least 03 to 05 years experience in a similar position, ideally a firm. You have a good command of sales techniques, knowledge of the local business market. Ability to work in a team; Relational skills; Ability to interact with all departments; Rigor and respect for the law; Ability to plan your activity and manage priorities; Be organized, rigorous and methodical. Must have a driver’s license.
Personality : Rigorous, very good interpersonal skills with an open mind, Autonomous, adaptable, organized, methodical, reactive, leadership skills, strength of proposal, sense of results, sense of priorities, good understanding of the business in a competitive and dynamic environment.
