HBS recruits for an important structure of Surveyor and Building and Public Works located in Bassam one SALES MANAGER
Under the hierarchical authority of the General Manager, the following missions will be entrusted to you
Define, animate and supervise the commercial strategy in order to increase sales
Develop the commercial policy
Supervise the sales administration
Manage all commercial budgets
Manage the sales team
Manage the commercial development of key accounts
Ensure the optimal management of the customer relationship;
Ensure the development of the customer portfolio
Manage the commitments made to customers;
Motivate the sales force through a performance system
Promote and develop the customer spirit internally
Ensure competitive intelligence
Define sales objectives in relation to global objectives
Manage the legal and financial aspects of the sales activity
Define operational marketing plans
Profile required:
Have a degree of BAC + 4 / 5, in Commerce and Sales, Marketing Management, Finance Accounting from a major school (INP-HB or other major school of reference);
Have a significant experience of 08 years in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
Have a good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques,
Have a good knowledge of commercial law, accounting and billing
Be able to manage demanding customers
Have knowledge of the surveyor field or be inspired by it
Know how to handle numbers
Be able to manage sales people with their sensitivities
Be able to work in a team or alone
Have good interpersonal and managerial skills
Be creative and have a sense of analysis, open-mindedness and negotiation skills
Be discreet, methodical, organized and dynamic
Have a good physical appearance
Good communication skills (English desirable) and diplomacy;
Be organized and know how to prioritize tasks;
