Position offered: Project Coordinator
Attached to the Technical Departments, the incumbent will join a dynamic and passionate team that designs and implements geographic information systems, and supports partners in the implementation of their strategic projects.
Manage and organize all types of projects, from the simplest activities to the most complex plans. Maintain close collaboration with technical teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including project resources, timelines and budgets. Undertake various coordination actions (planning and risk management), as well as administrative tasks (updating the documentation associated with the project and processing financial requests). Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to achieve results on time. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator will primarily ensure that all projects are completed on time, on budget and meet high quality standards
Analyze project needs and requirements, Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, Divide projects into achievable actions and set deadlines, Act as a liaison with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, Assign tasks to internal teams and help manage schedules, Ensure that client needs are met as projects evolve, Assist in the preparation of budgets, Analyze risks and opportunities, Monitor the progress of projects and manage any problems, Serve as a point of contact with all project stakeholders and inform them in real time, Work to remove barriers and implement tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and reports related to project activities, Ensure compliance with requirements and perform tests, Develop the Terms of Reference (TOR) for certain activities, Coordinate the implementation of activities in the field, Carry out any other task falling within the scope of his skills that his superiors may entrust to him.

Knowledge and experience:
Have acquired at least five (05) years of experience in a similar position Have a good knowledge of project management methodology, planning tools Have knowledge of resource management (budgets, time, people, etc.) Have a mastery of risk management and team management techniques.
Type of training :
Accessible with a minimum Bac+5 diploma ideally from a renowned University or a prestigious High Scool Possibly additional training in planning.
