As part of the quality control of these activities in Côte d’Ivoire and internationally Managing Director Holding International (MD Holding) is recruiting: (01) a Quality Assistant Trainee
Main activities
Under the authority of the General Manager, the trainee Quality Assistant will have for main missions to assist the definition and the conformity of the Quality Management System of MD Holding to the standard ISO 9001 Version 2015.
Tasks to be carried out :
Contribution to the quality policy and the quality program in force;
To assist the piloting of the continuous improvement process of the quality;
Assist in the organization and control of the QMS documentation system;
Assist in the training and methodological assistance to the actors of the QMS;
Contribution to the evaluation of practices and internal quality audits;
Follow-up/evaluation of business partners’ satisfaction;
Follow-up of the QMS action plans;
Follow-up of corrective/preventive actions;
Follow-up of the execution of internal audit planning;
Follow-up of the update of the documents and records of the QMS;
Follow-up of the execution of the planning of the process reviews;
Assist and follow up the treatment of customer complaints;
Raise awareness of the quality practices of the actors;
Actively participate in any other mission entrusted by the General Management.
Profile required:
You have at least a BAC+4/5 in Quality Management or equivalent; you have at least 1 to 2 years experience in the field of Quality control, ideally in a service company or a firm. You have a good knowledge of the approaches, methods and tools of the quality, you have a good application of the office automation tools; You have a knowledge of the services of consulting in organization and Human Resources, a good level in English as more then join us quickly!
Personality: Have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis, Have a sense of observation, be proactive, Know how to work in a team Rigorous, very good interpersonal skills with an open mind, Autonomous, adaptable, organized, methodical, reactive, proof of leadership, strength of proposal, sense of result sense of priorities, good understanding of the business and dynamic.
